THE WORLD SPACE RISK FORUM

elseco limited (one of the Founding Members of the World Space Sustainability Association NPIO) has been collaborating with the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre (another of the Founding Members of the World Space Sustainability Association NPIO) since 2010 in organising the World Space Risk Forum (WSRF), which is the premier global conference dedicated to furthering knowledge and understanding of risks related to space activities.

The WSRF addresses the whole spectrum of space risks faced by all the players of the space industry. As such, the conference has been successful in bringing together a diverse group of stakeholders including operators, launchers, manufacturers, insureds, brokers, space agencies, lawyers, capital providers, space start-ups and academics during each of the five conferences held in Dubai and London.

Building on the WSRF’s mission to further knowledge and understanding of risks related to space activities, the World Space Sustainability Association NPIO will assist in organising future WSRF conferences and provide a new dimension to space risks by introducing the sustainability perspective.
